Welcome to Registration for the Spring 2024 Season!!

Woodcreek Little League is excited to offer a full baseball season in the Spring of 2024 and we will be taking registrations starting November 1st, 2023. State, county, and city approval must be given before we are allocated fields and can physically play.

1. All Players, Managers, Coaches, & Team Parents MUST REGISTER ONLINE. Please read 1st before you start the online registration process.  Once you have completed your registration, you cannot go back in and add any documents etc. so, it is imperative that you have them all filled out and ready to go. 1. Ensure your child goes to school within the WLL boundaries and/or lives within the WLL boundaries. CLICK HERE to check.

2.   Get your TeamSideline account information (email used and password). CLICK HERE if you forgot your password.

3.   The registration process has been revised to make it even easier for returning players. You no longer will be required to upload a copy of the players birth certificate if we already have it on file. Before starting the registration, use the registration link at the bottom of this page, log in and go to My Account  >>  Members. Select the player you wish to register or select Add Child for new players.  Select the edit icon to the right of the players name. The edit screen has new fields added (see screenshot below):   Birth Certificate Status – Indicates if a valid birth certificate has been submitted in a prior enrollment and is verified and on file with Woodcreek Little League. If the status shows "Verified/On File" Good news! No action is needed and you don’t need to upload the player’s BC.

4.   As part of participation in Spring Ball 2024, you or any adult family member are required to be responsible for working snack bar shifts (2 hour shift).  You can either elect to work the shift or choose to buy out for $25 if available. Payment of $25 is used  to hire a junior worker in place of you working the shift.  Signups and buy out options will be communicated to you by your Team Parent/Manager before the first games of the season starts.

5.    Payment: You can pay online using a credit card. If you would rather, you could mail a check to 5098 Foothills Blvd Suite 3-352, Roseville Ca 95747.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is ONLINE REGISTRATION my only option?

Technically, YES. However, we do understand that some families may not want to upload documents or pay online. Those families need to contact the Registrar to make verification and payment arrangements. Email Ashley at registrar@woodcreeklittleleague.com.  To mail in your payment: 5098 Foothills Blvd. #3-352 Roseville, CA 95747

What does my registration cover?

  • Field usage to the City of Roseville
  • Field lights at Mahany Umpires (Juniors, 50/70, Majors, AAA only and AA second half of the year, potentially)
  • Equipment (team catchers gear, balls, bat, first aid kit, etc.)
  • Insurance expenses
  • Little League fees District 54 fees
  • Field equipment and maintenance expenses
  • Games and practices (weather and pandemics permitting) Background clearance for volunteers

In addition to registration fees, each player's family will need to fulfill a minimum of (2) 2-hour shifts in the snack bar. The final requirements will be determined by the number of players and teams registered this season.

Which division do we register for?

"League Age" is determined by the players age as 08/31/2024.

Tryouts are required for AA and above.

If you have additional questions the player agent for each division can help you decide:

Ashley Sandoval, T-Ball Player Agent: tballrep@woodcreeklittleleague.com.

Augie Aguilar, Farm Player Agent: farmrep@woodcreeklittleleague.com

Matt Faga, AA Player Agent: aarep@woodcreeklittleleague.com

Justin Pilgrim, AAA Player Agent:  aaarep@woodcreeklittleleague.com

Nolan Bettleyon, Major Player Agent: majorrep@woodcreeklittleleague.com

Josh Hastings, Junior and Senior Player Agent: juniorseniorrep@woodcreeklittleleague.com

You can also check out our local league rules to give you a slightly better understanding of what each division is like CLICK HERE

Why the difference in costs?

The T-Ball & Farm are at a lower rate due to no umpires and limited games at Mahany. AA & AAA usually play an end of season tournament “Funfest” resulting in a longer season. Majors, 50/70 & Juniors are at a higher rate due to having umpires per game.

What if I need a refund?

 Refunds 2024 Spring Season:

  • Now until January 20th: Full Refund; January 21st – February 12th: 50% of your Registration Fee refunded
  • February 13th - March 11th: 25% of your Registration Fee refunded
  • After March 12th: NO REFUNDS
  • Should the league be required to shut down due to a pandemic or any other acts of God, the Board of Directors will determine the refund amount based on the League expenditures and billed invoices.
