A few things so we all start the season off strong:

WLL SNACK BAR: Our snack bar creates a huge opportunity for our league to raise money. In addition, we have some of our local teenagers work as junior workers, giving siblings, friends etc. a chance to learn a job skill. The snack bar must have a minimum of 4 adults working each shift. This allows for 4 jr. workers to work with the adults during the shift. If a team is not able to fulfill their scheduled times, their team’s game will be forfeited. In turn, WLL will lose funds and have to make cuts to our budget. Please take your commitment to the snack bar SERIOUSLY.

WLL FUNDRAISING CARDS: They will be coming your way soon from your team parent!

UMPIRES/JR UMPIRES: WLL has a zero tolerance policy for behavior that is disrespectful, discourteous, or may in any way be construed as intimidating towards its umpires. With this policy, we hope to maintain an environment that teaches our players to have respect for those in positions of authority and is umpire friendly.

Basically, we want every coach and parent to treat the umpires in the same way they would want others to treat their children. It is far more productive for a player, coach, or team to react to disadvantageous umpire calls by focusing on how to overcome those "bad breaks," rather than focusing on the umpire who is truly trying to do the best that he/she can.

Our umpire crew is comprised of both adult volunteers and youths (jr umpires) between the ages of 13 and 18 years old.  Our jr. umpire program is an important part of our mission to provide the youth in our community with a positive environment to grow and learn through sports.  All our umpires must feel they are safe and protected. FIELD CLOSURES: The City updates field conditions daily around 3pm. Once updated, WLL will update their website. If the city marks the fields as re-inspect, it will take another 30-60 minutes for WLL to inspect the fields before making a decision. You may check Roseville's website here: Roseville's Field Conditions. Once a decision has been made, we will update the website, Facebook and send out a tweet. Please do not text your manager and ask... they are waiting on the same information as you! 😉

IMPORTANT BALL FIELD REMINDERS:

🚫No Smoking

🚫No Alcohol

🚫No Dogs

🚫No Wall Ball on snack bar walls

🚫No Sunflower Seeds (the shells clog the drains).

Woodcreek Little League Board Members will be enforcing these rules at all times. If you bring your dog to any field, we will be asking you to leave to take your dog home. If you have any questions, please contact us!

LOST & FOUND: Located inside the snack bar at Mahany. The snack bar is open from 5pm -9pm every weekday and 9am-9pm on Saturday. Please do not contact WLL asking us to look for any item left behind. If it is not in lost in found, we do not have it.

PARKING LOT: Please DO NOT leave any valuables in your car and make sure to lock your car at all times. Due to the number of games and practices, the dog park and recycling, there is a lot of traffic comes through the parking lots and we want you and your vehicle as safe as possible.
